This is reference to my mobile no. [protected] and airtel ref. No is 90771825.
My junly'19 month bill came 22000/- as i was in international trip and only for one day bill was 22k. I have called up airtel customer support on 23 june'19 only about the high bill as i got the msg from airtel. I have takem 1500 rs back in which i got 3 gb data free. As per airtel i have used 8.9 gb.
I know for the fact that i have not used more than my free data provided to me (3 gb) and moreover in 24 hours (Includes 7 hours sleeping time) its not possible to used 8.9 gb.
I hope you understand my concern as without any downloading no one can used 8.9 gb in a day.
As i discussed with airtel customer supervisor about the high billed value, i asked them to provide detailed uses of data with the website and time. I have not received the details till now.
I have informed them that without any detailed, i will not pay extra charges. However being a good customer i have paid my normal bill value of 600/- for july bill.
