I am vasanth and my number is [protected]. From past 2 months iam trying to port my sim network from airtel to some other network which is genuine in their services. Airtel was famous for quality services though it is bit costlier. Now only call rates remain high whereas fake commitments and false promises from airtel.
Example: 1. Offers differ from user to user: in adds they show according to our usage we can choose the offers. But in reality if we are making more std calls from our number, airtel will not extend low call rate offers to that particular number. So customer will have no choice to activate any offers to his number as per his requirement.
Example 2: as usually we will fed up with their high call rates and want to change our n/w. If we send port to 1900, after 1 or 2 days we will receive call from one airtel executive for offer negotiation. But neither the executive's voice will be clear nor they will listen to us about our requirement. Ubruptly they will end the call or else they will give stupid offers without our acceptance and end the call. So, once again we need to send port message to 1900 and wait for their call to try our luck atleast next time... This chain process will have no end till we loose our patience and stop sending port message and should compromise with their high call rates. Or we should change the sim itself and forward new number to our big list of contacts...
Why airtel!!! Such a brand org. Is playing this kind of gimmics to fill their pockets rupee by rupee with customer's hard earned money by charging call rates too high. Moreover if we are on some low call rate offer i. E. 30 paise per min., airtel is not going to extend the same offer further even if we are spending maximum bucks in the same offer.
Airtel want customers to loose more and more money by using their network... Airtel please understand the difference between loosing and spending.. I hope u guys will understand... Please ask to stop the nuisance of your executives when they reply to our port request. Was this information helpful? |
