[Resolved] Airtel — HOPELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE | |||
Hello, This is regards to the request which was not taken care and in turn i was charged more on my bills. i have raised the Broadband disconnection in the first week of December and asked the Customer Service agent to keep the Basic line rental plan for my LL ([protected]). Which was not done and in the month of Jan i had got bill with the Broadband charges on it where i had already for a disconnection of Broadband and they agreed to wave the charges for the Month December month as my usage was ZERO for DECEMBER. Then i went and enquired in the outlet at Jayanagar 3rd block for my Landline bill the agents made to wait for 1hr and then and did not do anything and asked me to call Customer service, when i called the Customer Care they were not o[censored]se made to wait on the call for atleast 1 and half hour and as the agent was very rude on the call saying they did not have request for disconnection of Broadband, hence i asked the agent to esclate the call to his supervisor which the agent after keeping me on a LONGEST HOLD... The Supervisor who took that esclation was not at all usefull and never seemed to be helpfull for a customer and he was very rude over the call so i asked for the my Landline disconnection also, still the issue was not resolved as they said i will get the call from the Complaints team, which i got the lady whom i spoke to advised that she will be waiving the charges of the Broadband and sending the final bill only with the landline charges on it and gave the referencen.o. as[protected],[protected].. And now the Landline has been disconnected and the BB as well its more than a month now the issue is not resolved as i had called Customer Care check my final bill which i haven't received and the nothing is been changed on the bill after many complaints made but the services are disconnected. i am not at all happy with the services and my not paying any money to AIRTEL as off their hopeless CUSTOMER SERVICE...
