Dear sir/ma'am,
I really don't know how many times i have complained about the network issue with airtel, mobile 4g network & voice network at my residence, but there is no proper response at all from your side.
I only get assurances that the network will get fine but finally it ends up being the same.
I get calls asking if the network issue is solved, i say what have you done to solve it, no proper response, then they say that they will send a person to the location but no one turns up & finally i get to know the complaint is closed without solve the issue & without even my consent.
This is the kind of irresponsibility shown by airtel customerservice.
I have also tried to port to other network, again i got a call from the retention team who promised to solve the network issue but as usual complaint was closed without the consent with no changes at all.
It's my sincere request to you to kindly let me know if any solution is there for this issue, if not please do have the guts to say that you will not resolve it instead of lying everytime.
I am not able to attach the pics of the speed of internet at various times at home because it is too large for the attachment. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.
