Airtel — hr kept on holding the experience relieving letter despite reminding several times

kindly help me to get experience letter/ relieving letter asap. hr kept on denying to help and kept saying to download yourself from airtel ambassador.in, but when i tried opening the pages, it was showing either site can't be reached/ employee database can't be found. kindly help
