Airtel — huge network/data issue with airtel usage | |||
I'm facing huge network issue in my current location in bangalore and the same is mentioned to the customer care and also raised multiple complaints on this issue but no one is responding correctly. Airtel relationship number: [protected] 3 complaints raised for the airtel network/data issues, still the complaint requests are on hold. 1. Service request no. : 77079658, date : 20 june 2017 — network issue 2. Service request no. : 78211009, date : 29 july 2017 — voice issue (Call Drops/call not connecting/etc.) 3. Service request no. : 79320562, date : 8 sept 2017 — data issue All the above request are still on hold and when ever i try to port out they are tell me to wait for 3 days for the resolution but nothing is happened till date. Unnecessarily i'm paying the bill of around rs.500 every month without having the proper network or data. I have spoken with higher team members (Airtel appellate) regards the above service requests but no one came up with the solution. Whenever i call to customer care they'll say the please wait for 3 more days we will be solving the issue for sure. From june onwards i'm listening same answer but there is no solution yet.
