Airtel — I am complaining about data balance deduction | |||
I have recharged on 26th jan 2018 with rs. 93/-, in which i got unlimited calls and 1gb data for one month. But on dt.[protected] i got message that my data is valid for[protected]. When i called customer care he told me that your pack data is over and you got this data from airtel tv app. I have windows 3g phone, then how is this possible that i can get data from airtel tv app. I have not used airtel tv even single time. This is very unfair and i am very disappointed with this kind of response from airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||
