Airtel — I am unable to recharge on my new airtel number

I bought new airtel sim but unable to recharge it incoming calls are coming but due to this recharge problem i am unable to make a call... I tried too many times to make a recharge online by many app but transaction always failed and i am unable to take loan also because i didn't complete 60 days using this sim...
I am unable to talk to customer care..
I also asked other people to make a recharge on my number but it failed
Plz resolve this problem

Airtel 4G Data is getting over very fast.
Also I am not able to check Data balance by dialing or through Airtel app.
I am not able to add this number in Airtel app.
Last 2 days. I went to Airtel office Marathahalli office to resolve this issue.
