Airtel — I have done recharge of 598 to wrong number, I want it reversal to my number

Address:Gudur,palakurthy,Jangaon, 506252

I have done recharge of 598 rupees to [protected] instead of my [protected] number. I want it reversal to my number. I tried calling them multiple times and I sent several emails to helpline centre, but still they didn't respond.
