Airtel — I have requested for a plan change on my postpaid number | |||
Dear Team, I have requested for plan change in my airtel postpaid number [protected]. As per maximum resolution time takes 2 hours to change/active new plan . I have been calling customer care from 27th April 2018 but customer service representatives are simply answering wait time 24hrs and 48hrs etc. So i have questioned about their service still they can't resolve it.
