[Resolved] Airtel — i need refund, money stuck in airtel bank

My money is stuck in airtel payments bank and i am not able to transfer it to my other bank account from airtel payments bank. It is written that transactions are suspended. When i sent an email to customer care, they are saying to give me the detail of pan card and adhaar card, they also asked about the account statements of the bank from which i added money to airtel bank, i already uploaded everything and then also there was a reply from them after that"we will address your complaint in 48 hours". They are saying like that from more than one week. I am a student and i don't have money because of them. Please give me the refund for my money.

Updated by Joy Sao I submitted my phone number here and I got two frawds calling me and asking me one time password of Airtel bank login and asking my other banks debit card photo.they are telling me to transfer money.I will attach the phone numbers of the frawds here.
