Airtel — i will recharge my airtel number i payment will cut in my bank account but balance couldn't credited in my airtel number

I will recharge my airtel number and payment will cut in my bank account but balance couldn't creditd in my airtel number please solve my problem.
And company will send me a message for a recharge done nd i will two times recgarge in last two days i will call in comapny on 198 but he doesn't support properly then i will decide for a complaint.....
