Airtel — iam complaining about late payment fee | |||
Hi, my customer id for my airtel dth is [protected]-001. Every if i recharge after the disconnection date, they are charging 15 rupees. Mine is prepaid connection. If the last day exceeded, they will disconnect. So, there should not be any charge. If it is post paid connection, i can agree that because they will provide service even after the last payment date but in the case of prepaid connection, it is not applicable. It's up to user wish whether he do recharge or not. He can do recharge at anytime and use the prepaid connection. When i called customer service they said that they have it in terms and conditions but i could not get the details about late fee even in google. How can a common man get to know when they take the connection Was this information helpful? | |||
