Sir I brought new sim in exchange with old sim

My airtel mobile number [protected] is stopped working and showing no service.i contacted customer care member he told me to replace the sim card i replaced it with new one but now also no change.
Kindly let me know the balance and validity of above IDs at an earliest t o enable us to take further action in this regards

I recently tried to upgrade my airtel sim to 4g, After getting confirmation my 3g sim got disconnected, it's been 3days 4g sim not yet activated. Called up customer care 2times but in vain.
Got only 1 GB data with a validity of 28 days for the plan 399. Recharged on September 16 2017 for the number [protected]. Please give data balance as per plan or return back the money.
