Dear airtel,
I have raised a request to shift my existing broadband connection while relocating but, airtel is not available in my near home area. So, i payed the outstanding amount to get this connection disconnected on 12 mar-2020. But still, i am unable to get the connection disconnected because app /the airtel stores and customer care center always say there is a problem in updating the amount in airtel system and once cleared the connection will be disconnected properly. I have payed little penies more than my outstanding as on 13th mar-2020. Then no calls or visits to airtel store due to covid-19 lock down. After that i get a call from airtel or i call them, the airtel guys say they shall come back to me in 24-48 hours but still no go on it.
But in meantime, i get calls from some guys claiming themself as airtel recovery team, they use abuse language and ask me to pay the money now or else face the court case.
Today, gone again back to airtel and asked what is happening. They now say it is too late today anything on my bill case. They also say even though airtel is not able to keep up to the expectation saying finding a resolution, they now say sorry for that and i have to pay the amount even though they accept the delay is from airtel.
