Hi sir/mam,
I got a message from airtel regarding outgoing service has been stopped by 17. Dec, but they just intimated to auto deduction of rs 23 from my main balance if i not recharged before 17 dec. They blocked the user number unable to complain with 121, 198 (Once i entered my mobile number it automatically stops).
After that i contacted with email-id. But they reply with verification block with sending incorrect otp to my mobile number. After that i contacted with airtel website complain number [protected].
This time they received my call. They are saying to me unable to stop that auto renewal and after 15 days incoming also blocked. I said to her clearly i don't want outgoing service now, if they block incoming service after 15 days, then i can do my recharge. But they said its automatic process, unable to stop it. I hereby attached the message i got from airtel. Kindly go through itand resolve the issue asap. Thanking you
