[Resolved] Airtel — Incoming/outgoing services are barred | |||
Date: 27/28th July: Reissue my no. from shalimar Bagh, new delhi relationship center and submitted all documents. Date: Aug:5: Call and email customer care (Delhi and MP both (as no. was from MP)). They told me your document was not submitted, again visit nearest relationship center. I again reached relationship center twice/thrice, they said we sent your document then they said it might be possible it was missed by us. You have to again submitte your document. I again submitted my document and they issued me new sim after huge discussion as it was very imp no.(in mid september) The girl behaviour (on relatiionship center) was too rude as it was my mistake that my no. is off. She was not saying what was the problem or to whom I have to contact but she is shouting by saying that we sent it. (but the person was not confident who sent it) Date: 26th sep. My No.started working. Date:9th oct Now, again my no. stopped and they sent me message to resubmit my document. I sent an email to MP customer care, Delhi customer care, nodal office of delhi office everyone suggested me to visit relationship center. Its almost 12 days of struggling for my no. That relationship center guy again told me to submit document. Its totally customer harassment . No one tell exact reason what is the problem. Its also too frustrationg to sent email and calling a so old MP airtel voice calls where sometimes it was recalling again and again "time is over please contact again" These guyz dont understand the problem I faced due to this no. missing. Sir this is to bring to your kind notice my landline is not working since a week or more many complaints and reminders have been made but no resolving it is pass the buck attitude of concerned department.

My pack is of RS.650 unlimited, but after usage of data, the router stops functioning. Please rectify the defect this may be with the router. My mobile No.is [protected]. On the router the lamps indicators are not glowing except power indicator. Thank you
