Airtel — incorrect bill generation (doubled the amount)-not been resolved after 4 months | |
Hi team, I am getting double charged for the internet connection in the monthly bill. This issue is going for last four months. But not been resolved. One strange thing and shocking thing was they told me that so many numbers are tagged under my name that is why i am getting double the amount in the airtel bill. How come so many number first can be tagged and collecting the bill amount for that. This itself a illegal activity. After they agreed the mistake also they are not showing interest in solving the issue other than calling after every email to [protected]@in. Airtel.in. I had spoken with appellete team, managers everyone. But no body took responsibility and solved the issue. I explained the issues with nearly 20 guys and mailed nearly 30 times. Just getting some standard template as a reply. 1) i want my billing to be corrected. 2) remove/disconnect all the numbers what and all tagged under name without my knowledge.
