[Resolved]  Airtel — incorrect billing of dongle

My dongle no [protected], was purchased in november 2016. I paid advance rental of six months. Out of which i hardly used 3 months. I was not informed that i would be charged a bill after 6 months as i understood it was prepaid and the connection would be suspended on not recharging. I am being billed now and harassed by call from a number ‭[protected]‬. I will not be paying bill for something that i have not used and complaining for being harassed on call.

The problem is still not solved and I am still getting calls from Airtel asking me to pay the bill.

Airtel blocked my mobile connection for not paying bill of dongle, which I have not been using for past 6 months. I have never missed a due date of mobile connection. This is out of hand and really insulting for a loyal customer. Thank u Airtel I am porting out now.
