Airtel — incorrect billing since subscription | |||
Hi, I became airtel customer in the month of may 2017. I am supposed to get 700 local and 240 std minutes free as per my package. In all the bills since inception they add an additional charge of approximately rs 1/- every month. I have called them almost every month to make the correction but they repeat the same act of stealing from me again and again. They do not even provide a complaint number when asked about this. I have two mobile numbers and both has the same problem. I request you to kindly help me stop airtel from generating forged bills and provide me with the corect bills going forward. Also, i request you to make airtel provide me with a suitable compensation for torturing me by making me wait in customer care call and making me explain the issue to them again and again, month after month for 6 months.
