Airtel — Incorrect data usage and allocation | |||||
The fresh billing on my Airtel number started on 26th October 2015. The allocated data to me is 1, 250 MB out of which I have used 69.51 MB of data. However, now *121# and Airtel app show that, I am allocated with 97.9 GB (yes Gigabytes) out of which I have used 95.8 GB of data. The complaint reference number is 66016677. They said it would be resolved by 15:21 on 30th October 2015. Appellate said it would be resolved by 16:00 on 30th October 2015. Now the Nodal officer is telling me to wait until Monday. Earlier they had tortured me with incorrect billing of my dongle number. What the hell is happening? Was this information helpful? | |||||
