Airtel — incorrect international roaming charges | |||||
Dear Sir, I use two airtel connections (both of them 8 +yrs old). One has been moved as corporate number ([protected]) and other remains personal one ([protected]). I was travelling through Europe on work last couple of weeks (9th April to 24th April). My Office number had Rs 3999/- IR pack activated which was used extensively by me and personal numbers mobile data switched off before boarding flight from India and switched on after landing back in India. For personal numbers data connectivity, I have used hotspot from my office number and wifi networks wherever possible. However, I have been charged Rs 649/- per day where I am very sure that I have not used any data / calls from my personal number. My credit limit is also just Rs 3600/- whereas bill till 19th April is already crossed Rs 8000/-. The amount is too huge for first 10 days and 6 days yet to come. I have tried reaching couple of times to customer care but I have not received any positive response. Request you to please look into the matter and help to resolve this ASAP.
