[Resolved] Airtel — Incorrect recharge benefit and no support | |||||
Dates of incident: 23 Dec 2015 and 22 Mar 2016 On both these days I did a recharge of 2G data for 1 day validity on my mobile number and did not receive the promised benefits. When I contacted the customer care, on 23 Dec 2015, they said no recharge was done and they can't provide any assistance. When I contacted them for the next faulty transaction, on 22 Mar 2016, they said there are two ways to pay for this transaction, if it is done by deducting the main balance then only will I get the promised benefits or else some random benefits which is not even mentioned anywhere, not even on the payment page, therefore, no assistance and no refund too.
