Airtel — incorrect recharge for orissa circle airtel number - full talktime not received

I did a recharge for an orissa circle airtel number in airtel app, it was shown as 150 rs full talktime. However, the talktime received was 127 rs only as seen in the sms and balance (Attached). Please check and add the pending balance. Also let me know why did this happen. Is airtel misleading its customers?
