Dear sir,
I recently traveled usa and i required a roaming plan. I requested for roaming rs.3999 plan to be activated in my mobile phone ([protected], relationship number: [protected]). But they had incorrectly activated both rs.3599 and rs.3999 plan which i was not aware. After a month i received the bill stating both the plans for the same roaming period which was not correct.
I requested for reversal of the incorrect charges through phone and as well as through emails but there has not been proper response so far from airtel
Also i wanted to deactivate my 3999 plan as i needed it only for a month, i called the customer care and they indeed promise that rs.3999 plan will be deactivated. After 2 weeks i again got a message saying that 3999 plan was reactivated which i never authorized. When i called the customer care they mentioned that it was incorrectly charged and it will be deactivated
But now after a month i received the bill which was shocking that my 3999 plan was never deactivated and they never reverted the original 3599 plan charges
When i dropped an email on this issue i am not getting any proper response from the customer care. Also i attempted to deactivate the roaming plan through my mobile app which is not successful either.
Now i need help to revert my incorrect roaming charges and also help to deactivate the incorrect 3999 plan which is being charged in my account Was this information helpful? |
