Before going out of India, i had opted for International roaming by paying INR 1199 + 149 (for activation) and is valid for 10 days, Internet 3Gb data and voice call 250 min free etc.
activated the connection on 28/1/2018 and returned on 5/2018, it was a 9 days trip to Australia. on the day of my arrival to india i get a message from AIRTEl that i have exceed the amount is 6925. Appx.and it was shocked.
later recevied the bill and check that i have used 5.5 GB (in Bill) and customer care person says that i have used 3, 5 GB.
My concern is whole month (30 days) local i donot use more than 5 GB of data, but when i visited International Roaming in just 9 days i used 3.5GB ? how is this happen? it is really shocked and feeling bad that such a reputed company can do like this to me.
I raised complaint to airtel customer care, but they say i need to pay this amount, but they are not ready to understand my problem and provide solution.
Then i decided it this 2nd time it is happening, let port to other service provider

Sub: Airtel asked to pay customer for inflated bills, shoddy service today times of india.
after knowing Airtel is Inflating bills, why should i pay bill to a money making cheat company, it is our hard earn money.
can any one help me on this? to get my problem resolved?
