[Resolved] Airtel — Inflated Bills / Overcharging | |||
Mobile No: [protected] Alternate No: [protected] Complaint Reference number not generated by the service provider despite sending various mails. First complaint mail sent on 25th Dec 2014. Description: I did a recharge of 1000 Rs in my prepaid number [protected] on the date 16th Dec 2014. I was on international roaming from 17th Dec to 20th Dec. During this duration I did not make any calls neither sent any messages. I used my data pack for just once amounting to less than 10 mb of data usage. When I returned back to India, I notice that the entire balance has been deducted from my account. I raised this issue with the Airtel customer care [protected]@in.airtel.com. But the customer care doesn''t bother to share my data usage details. According to roaming data charges of 4 paisa/10kb my total data usage charges (for 10 mb) cannot exceed more than 40 Rs (INR). I have tried to follow up at the airtel customer care but neither they have issued any complaint number nor they have responded to my emails. Kindly take strictest action against such fraud charges levied by airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||
