Hi,
This is Manish Sankar Misra, I have applied for a broadband connection (Kelambakkam, Chennai, Pin -799250) on 02-Feb-2018 . Payment was done and the proofs were submitted on the same date . My payment transaction ID :[protected] and my generated CAF No: 4561157. I was told that I will be getting the connection in 48 hours .
Saraswati was the first person who contacted me (Her Mob No[protected] ) and called me on regular intervals until I did my payment and submitted the documents . I have been Messaging from lasr 2 days and I didnot get single response.
One installation person called me this morning and asked me that He will be coming today at 5:00PM for giving the connection . Later he called again and said that its been cancelled and I need to call and inform airtel to get some other installation guy (Installation guy's no: [protected]).
I have done multiple follow-ups, called the customer service but there was no progress . I am very much disappointed by the service I am getting .
When it came to your business I received more than 5 calls in an hour . Even I was contacted by 2 of your executives, fighting within that who will process my connection . and once the payment is done nobody even cares.
I am sure, this is not the way you want to treat your ciustomers!!
