Airtel — intentional harassment of customers by getting double billing. | |||
I was having two tatadocomo dongles with me. I used to get messages from them that their services will be discontinued in march, 18. On 3.3.2018, airtel representative visited me and told that they have got tie-up with tatadocomo for services, took those dongles back and put their 4ghotspot dongles instead. Now i have got bills from tatadocomo for period upto april, 2018 and a message that they have extended services upto 27.4.18. They are pressing to make payment for the advance bills. I discussed with airtel customer care who now tell us that the bills after 3.3.2018 are to be paid to them and it was my duty to get the tatadocomo dongles disconnected. Airtel rep didn't tell anything that time and took back tatadocomo dongles quietly. It appears both companies have tied-up just to befool public to charge doubly for march-april, 18 period as to why airtel rep did not tell to get the tatdocomo services that time before installing his dongles? This is a clear cheating by these big companies and action is required. Was this information helpful? | |||
