Airtel — international pack activated but not working in sri lanka | |
For my airtel postpaid number international pack if 1199 is activated but when i landed in country where i am travelling i am not able to receive calls nor make calls. This kind of service is not accepted at all. I was told by customer care service representative that pack will be activated as soon as i land in sri lanka but nothing got activated. Either activate it or deactivate my plan. I am definitely not going to pay if its not working. Was this information helpful? | |
