Airtel — international pack paid but did not work - wrong guidance | |||
I traveled to usa on 08/03/2018. We asked the airtel office contonment trichy branch for roaming pack and they suggested us to put 3, 999inr and they said it includes certain minutes of outgoing, free incoming and 1gb data daily free. But nothing worked in usa. I restarted my phone several times as theya sked me to do so. Even now when i go and ask for refund they dont take responsibility. Sir I have a great mistake of my own fault. I have done one wrong recharge amount 498 instead of 448 plan. please sir reverse it.
