Airtel — international roaming 3997 not working

International roaming activated on no: [protected] on 7th may 2018 for 3997.
Received confirmation sms that roaming was activated.
Parents landed in us on 9th may 2018, plan is supposed to contain 500mins of free calls.
However parents got charged for incoming and outgoing calls, the balance got over and are unable to make calls now.
This is completely irresponsible from airtel side to have issues on a critical service like this.
Parents currently in cincinnati, oh, usa

I have been facing network problem in our area in my airtel number [protected] for voice call & browsing 4G data for last 04 months, that is why I have applied for porting. Plz solve the problem, otherwise i will compel for migrating to any other network.

I got a message that i have been charged 99Rs for a service known as 6T seconds WAP. For which i never requested .
Will you please explain and justify this service was activated for my account when i never requested for it ?
