Airtel — international roaming data pack balance | |
Am looking for option everywhere and trying to connect airtel customer service so many time to know what is my data balance in international roaming... I don't knw how much i have used... And once my data pack is finished my main balance start going... I have loast so much because of this... Airtel don't send any sms or mail that data pack is over... Customer service people don't knw about it they keep telling the india loacal data balnce check option that is *121*11#... Its really frustrating when u can't find out what is going on... And this balance check option or information is not avaipable anywhere online too... When i try to connect to live chat of airtel... They keep coming with msg all customer executive buzy we will get to you shortly... I need to know airtel want to do something about it or not... Please send a mail (Airtel customer service center INDIA mail id: [protected]@airtel.com) to Airtel customer service center should mention that you are in International Roaming Plan and using so and so mobile number then they will send you reply mail which contain consumed data balance and left International Roaming minutes.
Please mention everything clearly what do you want from them.
Earlier, I was faced same issue but unfortunately i got a mail link.
