[Resolved] Airtel Internet — Airtel broadband connection in abbaiah reddy layout | |||||
I reside in abbaiah reddy layout in kaggadasapura. I requested for a new broadband connection from airtel on 20th april 2016. An airtel person came and collected the documents and installation fees confirming connection is possible and will be done within 3 days. And yesterday on may1st i got a message from airtel after multiple lines of followup with airtel customer care and sales service team, saying your new airtel fixedline no: [protected] could not be activated and money will be refunded. Now need to wait for so many days to get the refund. Airtel people : 2 questions for you.. 1) when you already know new connections are not possible in the area, why are you wasting customer's time, effort by collecting documents and money. You can just inform prior. 2) when are the new ports going to be assigned and connections made available in the locality. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have requested for airtel broadband connection on November 7 2016 in Abbaiah Reddy Layout. They have been saying since then they are working on upgradation and that they will call once the connections are available. How many more months do you want for upgradation as it has been almost a year now since the first concern has been raised? And if you cannot provide connection in the area then remove all your banners from the area.

Please stop giving the same routine answer to everyone and agree that your service is poor.
It has been a month(Applied on 02Jun16) I submitted my documents and paid Rs.1000 for the Broadband connection in Abbaiah Reddy Layout..
I urge you to stop giving wrong information saying we are working in it.. There will a limit for everything..
If you are working since a month, let me know the progress of whats happening (Coz you claim your network is open and transparent)..
The Airtel representative says we have installed an overhead cable twice but the locals have cut the cable..
My question - 1) Why are the locals against it
2) How many MONTHS do you want to resolve this if it is the actual issue.
Shame on Mr. Veersheety (Manager) who is handling this job in Abbaiah Reddy Layout.. He stopped answering my calls since 3 weeks after continuos attempts from me to reach him.
