29-Dec, I requested for new broadband connection in Bangalore, Monday I paid the activation bill of 500 INR keeping that the connection will get done within 3 days(mentioned by the sales executive).
To make your task easier, I have attached the screenshot of the payment made.
Wednesday was 3rd day, didn't get any call of confirmation neither any update on the same. Evening they said, Thursday for sure get the connection.
As I stay alone in Bangalore, I took leave hoping the new connection, 10:30 I called the sales guy asking for confirmation, he said, he is sales executing, cant give confirmation.
I called again, again and again, in fact 20+ times, no reply, I texted too, no reply.
I then called 121, they too said, will check and get back to me, no call, no confirmation.
You know same i have faced 3 months back,
finally I will get a call telling your connection is not possible in your area. Thank you for choosing airtel.
means, I spent money, time, and trust and finally got nothing.
Suggestion - if you guys are not able to provide connection request, notify us upfront rather than keeping in dark.
I hope will spread this scenario to help others not to think if it.

Keep my money with you guys, buy some sweets for your child or beloved ones
