Airtel — internet broadband speed

My phone number is[protected]. I have recently opted for a plan with broadband services with a promised speed of 16mbps along with landline. But ever since the service is activated, it has been only 0.4 to 0.8mbps and seldom touched 1mbps. Can you please rectify and restore the promised speed. If it is not possible, please deactivate broadband service.
