[Resolved] Airtel — Internet complaint | |||||
Dear Team, I am running one number [protected], of airtel company, for the month of April I got a bill somewhere around 2550/- its showing the net usage on 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th April 2016 although till date we had never used any net on this number. I am surprised how I get the bill of this amount when I haven't used the net and its showing in their system as net used, I ma using this number since last 2 yrs plus had always been regular in payments as well not even any extra amount in my bill got generated. pls check and get the same resolved and get the waver done of net usage amount and what so ever is my regular bill which I usually pay will get it paid.
