Hi,
This is a complaint against the internet providers.
I have done recharge of 2gb data because previously i was doing recharge of 1.5 gb and which was getting finished early without using much.
I am very pissed off because of this experience as 2 gb data is also getting reduced faster than i thought.
I used one application for 10 min and immediately 400 mb got reduced.
This experience is not expected from the reputed airtel company.
Kindly take action for this or i need to change my provider as my colleagues also facing the same problem.
I did try all the customer care number but none of them used as i unable to reach them.
This is my final try to to raise complaint against this.
I have cleared my cache and also put off the background data for application still i am facing the same issue.
Do let me know once this issue is fixed.
