To whom so it may concern airtel.

Add on number - [protected] (No internet data working)
I was on a 499 plan & recently upgraded to 649 plan, so that i can have a option to add on number.
So i ported my add on number from jio [protected] to airtel on march 20th.
But since activation of new plan 649 my add on number has no internet browsing & no data available till today.
The whole point of having an add on is not making any sense when i cant use the phone right?
Leaving my work & personal commitments i have called airtel customer service so many times & they dont have any clue about the problem.
I have personally visited the airtel store so many times leaving my work,
Even they don't have any idea or clue about solving my internet problem, they keep saying that the internet will work in few hours, but it's almost 2 weeks now & i have no internet access on my add on phone number [protected]
They have a standard recorded answer saying it will be fixed in few hours.
Nobody from airtel is giving me a correct answer to what the problem is.
I thought airtel has the best mobile services, but this gives me doubts.
I am not been able to use my airtel 4g on [protected] since 2 weeks now.
And no internet access on it.
I wanted to use this phone when i'm traveling also, but now that looks doubtful.
Sometimes i feel why did i port from jio, because it was working fantastic with jio service.
This is been a frustrating 2 weeks of no internet & problem not solved, i hope you understand & fix this issues asap.
