Airtel — internet is not working properly

I want say that i am using airtel prepaid sim from one year and its performance is very worst. Presently i live in chandigarh before that i lived in the village somewhere in himachal pradesh.in the village the 4g service was very cheap but in the city service must be good. Honestly now i am frustrated by using airtel sim and even i tried to call customer care but this is also wastage of time. They never pick up the call
