Airtel — internet issue want a 4g or 3g network

Hello sir i am airtel user in my area airtel having 2g network due to this we can not access internet in 2g so pls replace 2g network in 3g or 4g network. So please kindly hear my request not only me there were 5000 user's in my indira gandhi national tribal university amarkantak distt anuppur all tge students are suffering from the problem so please sir do something as soon as possible i am requst you.
