We are using airtel internet lease line. Circuit id no : 1533291 - ac number 70363159.
Since past one week we don't have internet connectivity. We pay every month in advance as per the invoices received.
The last proper invoice we have received from airtel was dated 15th february 2016. Which is already cleared.
After that we have received the below two invoices from airtel;
Invoice no[protected] dated 26 february 2016 amount - 0.19
Invoice no[protected] dated 26 february 2016 amount - (-42014.12)
After that we didn't receive any invoice.
Our line is barred by airtel. No intimation we have received from airtel. When we call the customer care for log a compliant, customer care officer didn't allow us to register our compliant. Simply replied that the line is barred due to non payment. We asked the pending invoice detail, they said us to check with our finance team.
I wrote 10+ emails regarding the same to our account manager, other persons as per the support matrix. But so far the line is not activated, no details are shared about the due. Simply barred our line and creating "big problem" to our business. Also i have been calling our account manager and others but unfortunately no one supports and even not picking our calls. Last four working days i have been chasing airtel every now and then but no supportive response from airtel.
We have been a customer for airtel since 2012. Lease line payments are done as advance. This unethical and improper behaviour of airtel led loss of time and affected our business.
For the past 8 days i have been calling and mailing airtel people every now and then. Many times my calls and emails are not attended. Sometimes i got the response to wait. Was this information helpful? |
