[Resolved] Airtel — Internet Not working and Slow Browsing Speed | |||||
My Fixed line account number is [protected]. Since May, 2016 I am facing lots of frequent disconnection and slow browsing internet broad band till date. I have raised number of complaint to customercare, nodal and appellate also. The recent reference number provided by them is 73421062. Till date i have not go the appropriate service from airtel. Every time i raise concern, they send technical field person to home to fix the issue. Every time technical person visit my home he said he has tried all his expertise still he is not able to solve it. So he said the problem is with 1 MBPS unlimited broadband plan which I have opted for. As he cannot tell this to airtel management so he is asking me to switch plan. and i do not want to switch plan as I have paid 6 month rental in advance. Now I want complete waiver of all the days on which internet is not working along with appropriate broad band speed as per my plan Was this information helpful? | |||||

It is my humble request from airtel company that airtel launch some techniques to put their use sim in reuse.It saves our ecosystem and contribute in swatch bharat abhiyan.

My sim no.[protected]u do not activate till now, after several messages attempted, every message failed showing (message sent failed).
Please solve this problem, as soon as possible.
