Hello,
I recently migrated from prepaid to post paid on a family plan. Since the day of migration i am unable to use internet even though phone shows 4g signals. Contacted airtel via phone and twitter, was advised to try troubleshooting, including using sim in a different phone which did not resolve the issue. Sim was later replaced assuming it was a sim issue. Right now it still doesn't work, apparently, the issue appears to be from airtel's end and nobody is doing anything to fix the internet issue.
Why should i pay when i am unable to use internet at all. I want to go to a different provider, can you please share the procedure. Was this information helpful? |
