Internet was not working from 25 august to 9 september. After multiple calls and emails to customer care it started working on 9 sep. But again on 12 sep it stopped working. Customer care always gives me reason that there is network upgradation going on in my area, but i am facing this problem in all the areas not any particular area. Also i am getting full network in my area and there is no problem in calls and messages.
I even replaced my sim, but still internet not working. I even tried my sim in different handset but still not working.
Everyone in my area is able to use airtel internet perfectly, but only i am not able to use it. Was this information helpful? |
