Airtel — internet speed extremely slow

I am staying at - khamigan, po - pachhikote, dist - jajpur, odisha,. It's my home town and a rural area.
The internet speed is very poor over. It feels extremely irritated. Forget about downloading.. Browsing is a very difficult task in mobile. If you are using a laptop then.. Buddy you are gone.. To browse one page you may take 10 mins if you are lucky.. Otherwise.. You only see the error page in browser.

Terribly slow network. Speed is 5/10 kbps here
