Airtel — interrupt the calls and other mobile network is not connected. third parties interrupted the on going calls

Important calls are not going and somebody or third party are interrupted the phone calls. The network is not properly worked. I call my husband but not going to that phone number. Some times i call the number but wrong person or third party number interrupted that call. Same problem occured in daily. How to call the important phones. Please provide the proper network convenient.
