[Resolved]  Airtel — Ip tv connection suddenly discontinued without prior notice

I have an ip tv connection on my no. 40167100, with internet connection. 5 days back my IP TV stopped working. When I put in a complaint, someone from Airtel did come to check. After one hour of trying they said that our connection has been discontinued. Though we have not done so. Then they told us that we must call the costumer care at Airtel to reconnect. On calling the customer care they say that their computer shows that the ip TV was never disconnected, so they can't take the complaint. Now there is no way that we can get this right. And our IP TV is still not connected and we can't even put in a complaint. Our internet is working though. Please help me sort out this problem
