Regret to state that I had recharged my prepaid mobile no. [protected] on the morning of 03 Jun 17 in Singapore for availing one day international Roaming Services.
Post recharge for an amount of Rs.498/- I was unable to access Data on my mobile. Throughout, the day I made 3 calls to the customer care to resolve my issue, only to receive false hopes and assurances stating that your Data services would be resumed within 30 min or else we will get back.
No help was provided to me despite my urgent requirement to use Data in Singapore on that single day...
Post returning back to India, I even lodged a complaint on 05 Jun 17 wherein I was given a complaint No. [protected]... stating that our representatives will get back.
Almost a month has passed and I am yet to hear from any of Airtel's representatives...
