Airtel — Irresponsible customer service in Conversion of Corporate number to personal | |||
I worked 7 yrs with IT corporate using airtel mobile number. applied for conversion to personal the same number as was spread among customers, friends. NOC given from corporate to convert and same submitted on 31st July 2020. Rigorous follow up from my side only and no response from center manager where I submitted KYC docs for conversion. Got verification call on KYC docs and confirmation mail on reactivation of my number received. But finally my number got deactivated on 01st Sep2020 after lapse of almost a month. No response even from Nodal Offr or Applete authorities too. all emails and numbers given are hopeless and non-responsive. Great and Worst experience with Airtel and lost credibility of customer service. Such a irresponsible manager I have ever seen in my life time. Was this information helpful? | |||
